How do you find court trial records?
Chasity asked:
The assignment is: Find a current or past court trial (via internet or television) where an investigator or officer is called to testify. Evaluate the officer’s role and if he/she follows the guidelines on pp. 129-34 of the text. Then evaluate one-fourth to one-half of the officer’s court testimony. In 700-1,050 words, identify and summarize the trial you observed and evaluated.

Go to your local Courthouse and see the Clerk of the Court.
Trial records are public records - you probably want a criminal case.
Ask for the file - it will have the evidence in it and may have the transcript, especially if it was a case that was appealed.
You can read it there or pay to have it copied.
You can ask the Court Clerk for more help.
Did you get any help on this, I have the same exact assignment and I am so lost..If you can help me please do..Thanks..
