I filed bankruptcy after having surgery. The judgements are still on my court records. My attorney said he could remove them but it would cost $50.00 for each one. I cant afford to pay $50.00 for each one. What I was wondering is if I could do it myself? If I can, can someone please tell me how. Thank you

Varies from state to state; and they usually have a filing fee to get them released. I’d call the clerk of court or talk to the bankruptcy court clerk in your district.

    You PAY them, that’s how.
You could dispute them on your credit reports, but if they’re valid, they don’t go away.
