Court Records on file?

I got arrested 5 years ago for possesion of marajuana in the state of massachusetts. My case was continued without a finding and eventually released. My lawyer made it so that nothing, not even record of my arrest would show up on my criminal record. What about on my court records? Is one hand in hand with the other, if your criminal record is completely clean including any arrests would it be safe to assume that your court records are as well? I know that Continued without a finding in massachusetts normally results in a record but I was under 21 at the time and I believe the case was expunged. I have had no problem with any background checks, however I don’t know about court records, are checking court records standard for background checks ETC?
