Is it possible to search court records for a name and find out what they were charged with?

    yes, check the “clerk of court” records for the county where the person in question was charged and convicted….you reach that by going to the county government website

    yeah, you can do a variety of legal background checks anywhere from 15 dollars and up.

    so you need to know the county that they were arrested in and google that county jail (polk county arrest records) and then search for that person online.. also, you can see their mug shot, their bail and what they were charged with

    yes, you need the name of the offender, DOB,when the offense happened , etc………..Go to a Metropolitan Court Clerk with the info and request that they search their records…..Its public record , you should be able to retrieve this info .There is a court cost so take money…..

    If this person was a juvenile then you have a big problem.these records are sealed and not for public access…….good luck

    You can find out through public record what that person was charged with, but you can’t get access to their actual police records. A person’s criminal record is public, but as far as the actual police record in detail you’re not able to access that.
