who do you contact when there is tampering within the court house records?

court records

The state is Alabama.

There’s been a will removed (somehow) from within the probate office, and someone is tampering with our land tax records.

Who should be contacted outside the court house to find out what’s going on.

I know who’s behind it, pulling the strings and paying for the services, I don’t know who the worker is inside the court house, but figure it to be the same person, but by myself I can’t prove it.
In the last paragraph, I mean that I figure there is only one person playing around in the courthouse.

the other person is paying them to do it.
Also, is there a statue of limitations on these kinds of situations inside a court house?
