Depending on you home state (or theirs) type in a search engine state circuit court access. Wisconsin’s is a free site that can access all court cases.
You may want to try contacting the Better Business Bureau and checking them out that way, too. Depending on the number of and type of complaints, you will have the info you need to make a smart business decision as to if you even want to work with them.
