You can’t. The records don’t become public until the case is closed. If it is pertaining to you, than you need to contact the courthouse in Akron. Try and click on court records.
Only an attorney can get you the open records if you are going to court against the person. I know because I was just in court this past Tuesday against my ex because he broke the civil protection order.
Once the case is closed you can go to the clerk of courts. They charge ten cents a copy of each piece of paper. They also use a marker and black out the Social Security number of each person involved in the case.
If the case is a misdemeanor the clerk of courts office will have the paperwork. If the case is a felony the county clerk of courts will have the paperwork.
