Check with the courts themselves. They are public records and anyone can have access to them - except for juvenile records - which are sealed. There are some circumstances where a judge will seal a person’s records, but I don’t think they are that common.

I have had reason to search for criminal records and other public records that are not listed on the internet because of a problem I was having with a boy who was stalking my youngest daughter. I have not found one that is free . If you are only searching for one person, the charge for a one time search on most of the sites is low - and was worth it to me! These sites have come in very handy just for tracking people down that we have lost touch with. I paid a small fee and found some relatives that we wanted to invite to my daughter’s wedding and it worked and the people actually came!

I have listed below the ones I have actually used and got results from. I do hope this helps.

PeopleDetective.Net website is ideal for people search and background check.
