How do I check someone’s public court records without paying a fee?

    Ask the court clerk to see them. If they haven’t been sealed, they will be available for inspection.

    If you mean online, it’s unlikely you will find the entire record online without paying a fee.

    Search on (your state, county) court and see what’s available.

    Go down in person and ask to view court records.
